When we logged into the sportsbook at Pinnacle Sportsbook for the first time, our initial impression was that it looked very professional. The layout was super clean, and everything was very organized. The site is as functional as it is good looking.
The main menu for the sportsbook is located on the left-hand side of the page. Here, you’ll find all of the individual sports listed. We really like the fact that Pinnacle Sportsbook includes a small logo that symbolizes each sport to help you quickly visualize the sport as you read through the menu. For example, the Tennis link has a small tennis ball logo next to the name.
At the very top of the left-hand main menu, you’ll find quick links to all live-play betting. We’re huge fans of this as it allows us to get right to the action when we’re ready to bet on live-action. Be sure to use these quick links when you’re ready to bet on in-play sports.

Pinnacle Sportsbook brings a nice selection of sports that you can wager on to the table. We like seeing that they offer all of the major stuff such as Boxing and Basketball, but it is also cool to see them offer other sports such as Crossfit and esports. We got a kick out of one of their current entertainment related bets where you can wager on if Michael Phelps will be able to outswim a great white shark in the upcoming Shark Week promotion.

We were pleased to see that Pinnacle Sportsbook has a great selection of betting options for esports. Pinnacle Sportsbook even has a dedicated hub page for all things relating to esports bets. To date, Pinnacle Sportsbook has one of the largest selections of available esports wagers that we’ve ever seen.
At the time of this review, Pinnacle Sportsbook offered well over 100 different wagers on esports. Some of the games included StarCraft 2, LOL, HotS, and CS:GO. If you’re ready to wager on esports, be sure to check out their esports hub by selecting esports from the main top menu.
One thing that we liked a ton about Pinnacle Sportbooks’ esports section was that they had a large help section for their clients. In this help section, Pinnacle Sportsbook has provided clients with a ton of resources to learn about esports and how to bet on them. With esports betting being a relatively new trend, this can be a huge help to someone that is newer to betting on esports. We applaud Pinnacle Sportsbook for their efforts to help educate their customers.
User Interface
As we mentioned earlier, our initial impression of Pinnacle Sportsbook was that it looked very professional. The site only had a single rotating banner section which helped keep the clean and professional look. We always hate it when a site is littered with a boatload of ads for the casino. Luckily, Pinnacle Sportsbook is not one of those casinos!
From the main menu on the left-hand side of the page, you can begin to drill down into the sport that you want to wager on. After selecting an initial sport, you’ll be able to select the league or event that you’re interested in. From there, you’ll be able to view all available bets along with the associated odds. We were impressed with just how easy it was to sort through the options and get to where we could place our bet.
Something that we would have liked to have seen on Pinnacle Sportsbook is the ability to sort by bet type. While Pinnacle does a great job allowing you to sort by sport, it does not allow you to do the same by bet type. We’ve seen some other online sportsbooks offer this option, and it is a nice help to clients. Hopefully, Pinnacle Sportsbook can add this functionality in the future.
From a site speed perspective, Pinnacle Sportsbook was right where it should be. The site always responded quickly to our clicks, and we never came across any periods of site lag. You can bet with confidence knowing that Pinnacle Sportsbook is properly supported for proper web speed.
We really liked the fact that Pinnacle Sportsbook allows you to convert how your odds are displayed easily. At the top of any sportsbook page, you’ll find where you can toggle the odds display. The site defaults to decimal odds, but you can easily toggle it with one click to American odds. This functionality is great as different people have different preferences on how they want to view their odds.
The Casino
If you’re looking to play some of your favorite casino games online, Pinnacle has put together a solid online casino. At their online casino, Pinnacle offers a wide selection of games. Currently, we found over 52 slots, 11 types of video poker, and 7 types of table games. In addition to these, Pinnacle also offers Keno and Bingo options.
Something that we didn’t see at Pinnacle’s online casino was name brand games. Luckily, they didn’t offer any of the cheesy knock-off games, but we also didn’t find any name brand games either. Pinnacle looks to have mostly generic games. In the future, it would be great if Pinnacle could add some name brand options such as “Game of Thrones” or “Godfather” like we see from some other online casinos.
We were very pleased with the quality of the graphics that Pinnacle had to offer. The graphics quality definitely showcased the fact that Pinnacle had invested some good cash into their gaming software to give their clients a solid gaming experience. While not the best graphics that we’ve ever seen, Pinnacle definitely had some great looking graphics for their casino games.
We didn’t come across any live dealer options at the Pinnacle’s online casino. While this isn’t a massive drawback, it would be something nice for them to add in the future based on how popular live dealer gaming is becoming. Adding in live dealer casino options down the road will definitely help make Pinnacle’s online casino that much better.
As a whole, the online casino at Pinnacle is pretty darn good. While there is some room for improvement in respects to name brand games and offering live dealer options, the current construct still offers customers plenty of great options. Customer Service
When it comes to customer service, Pinnacle Sportsbook leaves us shaking our head a bit as well. In a competitive online landscape where customer satisfaction is the number one thing, Pinnacle Sportsbook only offers their customers one contact method to reach them. At the time of this review, Pinnacle Sportsbook customer service can only be contacted via email.
Yes, you read that right. Pinnacle Sportsbook fails to offer other options such as phone support or live chat. On average, we see most online sportsbooks and casinos offer two or three contact options. We’re definitely baffled as to why Pinnacle Sportsbook only offers the one.
We did test out their email support, and we’re happy to report that it went very well. While we still wish they had more contact options, Pinnacle Sportsbook replied to our emails quickly and answered all of our questions. We found out that they do have a customer service team working 24/7 to field emails.
If you’d like to reach Pinnacle Sportsbook customer service, you have two options. First, you can select “Contact Us” from the bottom left-hand corner of any page that you’re on. Using this option will pull up a web contact form that you can fill out directly on the website. Secondly, you can send an email directly from your email provider. Simply send an email to [email protected], and they’ll help get you the answers you need.
Overall, it is clear that Pinnacle Sportsbook offers good customer service. As stated before, we’d definitely prefer it if they would add at least another contact option or two so that they could be in line with the majority of their online sportsbooks competitors. Hopefully, we’ll see Pinnacle Sportsbook step it up and add in these options sooner rather than later. In the meantime, you’re definitely in good hands with their email customer service support team.

This is not marketing hype but rather is the truth. If you compare odds for any football match on the 3-way Home/Draw/Visitor market nine times out ten you’ll find Pinnacle has better Best Online Betting Odds at Pinnacle Sports odds for at least one selection than you’ll find anywhere else on the net. I won’t harp on it in this review, but where Pinnacle really excels is American sports including football, baseball and basketball. Their margins are the lowest in the industry and their wagering limits are massive. For NFL football the maximum bet is $30,000 and punters can place unlimited max bets, so long as the line has moved or 4-hours has passed. Unfortunately though, Pinnacle does not offer betting services to US residents. If you live outside the US and follow American sports, this is for sure the place to bet.
