The first, and most obvious, is whether or not there will even be a raid of Area 51. Beyond that, available bets include whether or not raiders would find aliens during the event, and two prop bets tied to President Donald Trump.

Will the President tweet about Area 51 at any point before the end of September? A successful “Yes” bet pays out at +260 odds. If you want to get more specific with the type of tweet, you can bet that Trump will or won’t send out a tweet specifically warning people to not raid Area 51. A “Yes” bet pays off at +300 if Trump sends such a tweet.
