The Exchange+ page features an all new display, with horse racing, greyhounds and sports markets easier for you to access, as well as direct links to premium betting analysis and insights on The Betfair Hub.
Quick Links
The Quick Links allow users to access upcoming markets with ease. Featuring in this section is links to markets such as Next to Jump Racing and big ticket matches or events.
Racing Schedule
The Horse Racing and Greyhound Racing Schedules can be accessed from the home page, with Australian racing the default list meetings. Equipped with flags representing the country in which the meeting is being held, they present in race time order. When a market is in-play, a green dot will appear on the market from this page.
Sports Pages
Sports areas can now be customized to user preference. You can sort via matched amount, time or competition, with the ability to place bets directly.
Set Default Stakes
You can now define a default stake so that you can get on quicker. Once you have defined the default stake and then click on a price (either back or lay) it will pre-fill the betslip stake field with the amount you have set as the default stake.
Once you have set the Default Stake it will retain this setting for any bet you place until you change it.
ExampleIf you set your default stake to $50, when you click on the price for your selection to place a bet, your bet slip will automatically load $50 in the backer’s stake field.
ConfigurationMarket View: Click on 'Settings' to display the menu, then click on 'Betting' in the left hand menu and tick the box next to 'Default Stake'. Once ticked, you can then choose one of the pre-defined Default Stakes or edit these to the amount of your choice. Quick Settings Panel: This will appear on the bottom of your screen in any market view. This panel will give you the ability to change the Default Stake on the fly and preconfigure three Default Stake options to choose from. To show this panel, go into any Market View and select 'Settings' then 'Interface' and tick the box next to 'Show Quick settings panel'.
Customise the refresh rate of odds in a market view at intervals as low as 1 second, so you can see market fluctuations quicker and take advantage of value odds.
Betfair Betting Exchange
Once you have set the Refresh Rate it will retain this setting for any market you enter until you change it.-
ExampleIf you wanted to Back three runners in a race and only wanted to stake a total of $50 on the race, you could dutch these runners to ensure an equal profit regardless of which runner wins.
ConfigurationBack Bets: Click on 'Stake' in your bet slip, enter the total stake you want to bet and then click 'OK' to see how much you need to stake on each selection in order to get an equal return on those selections. Lay Bets: Click on 'Payout' or 'Liability' in your bet slip, enter the maximum payout/liability you want to risk and then click 'OK' to see how much you need to stake on each selection in order to get an equal payout or liability on those selections.
Create your own left hand menu with the sports, competitions and markets that you want.
You can add and view your Favourites/My Markets on both the desktop and mobile site, which are both synched.
ExampleIf you want to only bet on the English Premier League and Horse Racing, you can save these into your Favourites/My Markets section to take you straight to those markets.
ConfigurationTo add to Favourites/My Markets, when in a sport home page, competition/tournament home page, or market view, click on the star in the top ribbon (top right hand for home pages, top left hand for markets). These markets will then display on the top of the left hand navigation menu under 'Favourites'
Customise the view of the market to see only the minimum price that is available for the amount you want to bet (up to a maximum back bet stake or lay bet liability of $2000).

Once you have set the Bet View it will retain this setting for any full market view you enter until you change it.
ExampleIf you move the slider to $500, and the odds for your selection shows $2 then that is the minimum price you can get on for the full $500. However, if you place the bet and there are better prices on offer (that do not allow the full $500 on) Betfair will automatically match against the best prices first, ensuring you get the maximum value (which you can review in the bet slip once matched).
ConfigurationHome View: Click on 'Settings', and adjust the 'Bet View slider'. Market View: Click on 'Settings' to display the menu, then click on 'Betting' in the left hand menu and set the 'Bet View slider'. Quick Settings Panel: This will appear on the bottom of your screen in any market view once turned on. This panel will give you the ability to change the Bet Slider on the fly. To show this panel, go into any Market View and select 'Settings' then 'Interface' and tick the box next to 'Show Quick settings panel'.
Other Features & Enhancements
Collapse the Left Hand menu – Increase your market view by collapsing the left hand menu. You can do this by clicking on the leftward facing arrow on the top right of that menu.
Alternative Colour Scheme – You can change the colour of the top header and side bars from yellow to dark blue. Simply head to settings in the Home Screen and click “Alternative Colour Scheme”.
